Aloy Ejimakor, the Special Counsel to Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has again told president Bola Tinubu to obey court order and free the leader of IPOB Nnamdi Kanu.
Aloy made this known via this twitter account.
He wrote:
Dear Mr. President: It boomerangs when the State (in this case: the President) fails to enforce a Judgment (domestic or foreign) against the State, just because it’s against the State. Whenever this happens, the legitimacy of the State is called into question. #FreeMNK, Now.
He noted that Kanu’s fate does not lie with the appeal before the Supreme court alone.
